First, notice the elastic band at the bottom of the bra. Place the top of the band on your waistline. Ask someone to assist you to hook the bra in the tightest and most comfortable position. Push down the elastic band on the back side and make sure it's parallel to the floor (very important).

Measure your natural waistline. Measure over your skin (not over clothing). Please hold the tape taut, not loose. Make sure to measure over the smallest part of your waistline area.
